Hello everyone,
I have a rather strange issue with some keys on my laptop keyboard:
The following keys only work if I press Shift first (to type capital letters) or if I press a working key before and then quickly press the non-working key:
Z, U, H, J, N, M
Has anyone ever encountered something like this and could help me? I'm getting desperate...
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
Reinstalling the keyboard in Device Manager and updating drivers.
Windows is already up to date (Windows 11).
Thank you very much in advance!

@attenchu
Based on the described situation, the issue may be caused by poor contact at the keyboard’s connector or cable. We still recommend bringing your laptop to a service center for further inspection. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

It is recommend testing with an external USB keyboard. If the external keyboard functions normally, the issue is confirmed to be with the laptop’s built-in keyboard. In this case, we suggest bringing your laptop to a service center for inspection.

@attenchu
May I ask if the same specific keys are not working on the external keyboard as well?
If the same keys are malfunctioning, it may be a system issue. We recommend backing up your data and restoring the system to check again.
