hi y'all,
First time posting, I have a f15 faming laptop, i was playing valorant and noticed that i could not walk back in game, the 's' key stopped working. upon further observation, I noticed that my z and x keys are not working as well. I have tried everything on the internet about trouble shooting and even tried reformatting my computer but nothing seems to work. is there something i am missing with regards to formatting my laptop?
thanks in advance to anyone who will respond to this message.
cheers

Hi @bien ,
I would like to confirm with you whether the S, Z, and X keys are unresponsive only in the game or if they are unresponsive in all software?
May I inquire if your BIOS has been updated to the latest version 311?
If you find that specific keys are unresponsive in all software, you can refer to the troubleshooting steps provided in this link to see if it resolves the issue. If you have any other concerns, please feel free to let us know. Thank you.

Hi @bien ,
Since the latest BIOS version for the FX506HC is 311, we recommend that you download the correct version from the official website and replace it with the correct version for testing purposes. Thank you.

Thank you for your response.
Please remove the power source and all external devices, then press and hold the power button for 40 seconds before releasing it. Reconnect the power source and boot up the laptop to see if there is any improvement.
If the issue persists, after conducting numerous tests on our end, we recommend that you take your laptop to a local authorized service center for further diagnostic testing.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
