Keyboard key Z (AZERTY keyboard) that repeats

Hello to all !

I have owned an Asus Rog G18 (G834JZ) for a year (personal PC but also work for development) and I am currently experiencing a rather annoying problem with my PC:

• If I press the Z key once, no problem.
• If I press the Z key for 2-3 seconds, when I release, the Z character is still written several times.
  => The situation gets worse and worse depending on how long I keep the Z key pressed (if I keep it pressed for more than 10 seconds, the keyboard will consider that I'm still pressed on it for a few more seconds).

I have already disassembled and cleaned the key, reinstalled the drivers... But nothing works.

Do you have an idea of ​​the problem please?

I would like to confirm with you whether this issue occurs only with the "Z" key. Are the other keys functioning normally? 
If the problem is limited to a single key and persists even after reinstalling the keyboard driver via Device Manager, we recommend sending your laptop to a local service center for further hardware diagnostics. Thank you.
