Keyboard issues since firmware update

Ever Since i updated my rog strike g17 keyboard firmware  2.7.3001 i have been having issues   Lower Case 

u  n   y   t   h   m  Are Slow To Respond most times they only work when press down or Caps 

being force to using  windows  on screen  keyboard 

I am on windows 10 22h2   i need answers what's  causing  this

May I ask if both your BIOS version and system version have been updated to the latest?
If so, we recommend testing with an external keyboard. 
If the external keyboard works properly and only the built-in keyboard has issues, it is likely that there is a malfunction with your laptop's keyboard.
