No matter what I do I cant change the colour of my Flow X16 keyboard backlighting, since I got it its just stuck yellow and I've tried every fix online and tried alternate programs and reinstalled and updated drivers, done CMOS resets, system resets, you name it and nothing gives me control of the RGB lighting.
The Laptop thinks theres no compatiable devices connected and the only alterations I can make is to adjust the brightness or set the keyboard to strobe or breath or static but again only works in yellow. If I use G helper to try change to another colour it just switches the lights off altogether.
So far I havent had much help from asus as they've just sent me a list of things i've already tried with no luck.
