Issues Connect flow z13 with xg mobile 2022

Hi

I HAVE XG MOBILE MODEL RX 6850M XT WHEN I CONNECTED TO MY ROG FLOW Z13 ITS SHOW ITS CONNECTED and ACTIVATED BUT THE GPU IN XG MOBILE NOT DETECTIDE. I FLOW ALL THE PROSSES TO CONNECT XG MOBILE AND SHOW ITS CONNECTD AND ACTIVATED AND THERE IS WINDOW SHOW INSTALLING XG MOBILE DRIVER WHEN ITS COMPLETED AND SYSTEM ASK TO RESTART SYSTEM TO COMPLETE INSTALLING AND AFTER RESTART SYSTEM ITS ASK AGAIN TO INSTALLING DRIVER SAME PROSSES  i check armoury carte for any update its show there are update for xg mobile version 91008.001 date 2022\6\21 i press install then start download then armoury crate show me error message its mension ( unable to perform vbios upgrade. please make sure the xg mobile is connected to the GZ301VU and activated properly ) i have folow all step properly to connect xg moblie and activated and tis show the light in cabe conector its red light its not white also i uninstall armoury crate tool and reinstall armoury crate again but stil same issu and and i try asus cloud recovery for fresh install windows but still same issue.   

 So does anyone have any suggestions to fix this issues

I would like confirm with you if the XG Mobile was working properly before? Also, did you follow the proper steps for safe removal when disconnecting the XG Mobile?

Could you please PM me the log file from Armoury Crate and the following information?
I will contact the relevant department to investigate the issue you're experiencing. Thank you.

(1) Serial numbers of the laptop and XG Mobile
(2) BIOS version
(3) Armoury Crate version

【Here is the file path for the log file for your reference】 
In Armoury Crate "Settings" and check "About" page, If clicking App Diagnostics "Record Log", the Privacy Policy Statement will pop out. Once user agreed statement, the Armoury Crate will start to collect problem log  and user can click "Generate log data" to generate the log file with encrypted (ASUS log file).

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
