Issue with ASUS ROG Strix G16: Keyboard Stops Working on Battery Power

I’m experiencing the following issue with my laptop: when I disconnect it from the power outlet, after a while, the keyboard stops working. When I reconnect it, the screen briefly turns off and back on, and the keyboard starts working again.

Additionally, the screen always turns off and back on whenever I disconnect or connect the laptop to the power outlet.

My laptop is an ASUS ROG Strix G16 (G614JIR-AS94).

When I go to Device Manager and check the keyboard settings, the option to allow Windows to turn off this device to save power is grayed out, and I can’t enable it (it’s currently disabled).

EDIT: another issue we just experience: while connected to the power outlet, the scroll of webpages failed, the mouse didn´t respond. By the way, I have an external mouse connected via Bluetooth.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for the late answer. We disconnected the mouse and turn off the lights in the laptop and it works fine, so it seems it´s one of those. If it´s the mouse, do you know how can it be fixed? I will post the other information that you have later, thank you for your help.
