Hi,

Device manager has flagged the "intel dynamic tuning technology updater component" with an error (28). Im discussing with Support but there remedy requires my Laptop for repair. I currently use my laptop (ROG Strix G18) for work so i cannot do this. We tried deleting the device & reloading a new driver but the error remains.

The other option was for a completed Windows 11 reset which will result in the loss of ALL my loaded programmes. 

Im scoping here in this forum if there are any other solutions than the above?

I would like to confirm with you whether you have updated the BIOS to the latest version 321.
