integrated display turning white

Hi,
I usually use my G14 with an external screen, but today I had to use it alone, the startup took time so I canceled it with the power button, when it finally started I had dark horizontal lines across the entire screen, which then turned into white and colored vertical lines making the use of the integrated display impossible. How can I fix that? My laptop is up to date both in windows updates & in armory crate. I tried to plug it back to a tv, the picture on the tv is good but remains the same on the laptop. Thanks a lot

It is, but does that mean you think there is no way to fix this by myself? I have to replace it?

I would like to confirm whether you have tested using the ASUS-verified AMD graphics driver version V31.0.12024.2005. Additionally, does the screen display normally when you enter the BIOS interface?

Thanks for your replay, I installed the latest driver, it didn't change anything, the screen does not display normally in BIOS mode. I am in contact with my local service center.
