I own an ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 GX550LWS. The laptop officially supports up to 300Hz refresh rate

Before, it used to work fine. The thing was perfect, I felt pc was slow, I formatted my pc after that. The refresh rate and display option are missing in nvidia control panelScreenshot 2025-04-26 213535.pngScreenshot 2025-04-26 213427.png

 System:

  • ASUS Zephyrus Duo 15 GX550LWS
  • Intel i7-10875H
  • NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super Max-Q
  • Windows 11

Issue:

  • In Windows Display Settings, it only shows 60Hz option.
  • In NVIDIA Control Paneldisplay options are missing
  • In Device Manager, both Intel UHD Graphics and NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super are visible.
  • Even if I disable Intel GPU in Device Manager, the laptop still does not switch internal display to NVIDIA GPU.
  • The internal screen is still controlled by Intel Graphics.
  •

What I Already Tried:

  • Flashed the latest BIOS version for GX550LWS from official ASUS site.
  • Set all BIOS settings properly, but no MUX Switch / GPU Mode option available.
  • Used Armoury Crate — no setting available to force "Discrete GPU Only".after latest armo crate update
  • Used DDU to uninstall and reinstall clean drivers (both Intel and NVIDIA).
  • Installed latest NVIDIA Game Ready drivers and Intel drivers from ASUS website.
  • Forced High Performance NVIDIA GPU in NVIDIA Control Panel settings.
  • Set Windows Graphics Settings to use NVIDIA for games manually.

You mentioned that you have used DDU to reinstall the display drivers. To further clarify the issue, could you please provide the currently installed Intel and NVIDIA display driver version numbers?

Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could share a screenshot of the GPU settings page in Armoury Crate, so we can verify the current graphics card operation mode and configuration.

Thank you for your cooperation!

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
