I have 0 rpm on my cpu and gpu fans this happened in the same time is there anything i can do

My laptop was working fine but suddenly when i turned it on was so slow so i ran a test and my fans were not spinning at all i checked evrything even i made a factory reset and it did not work i enspected the fan conectors all good the fans have no problem i cheked the bios it dont show me gp ufan and it show me cpu fan running at 0 and i dont hear it i currently cant take it to the support cuz its so far so is there anything i can do that might help

I was using 316 when this happened but i tried updating it .

if u can just tell me maybe where it may have the hardware issue
