I can't register my new ROG Laptop

ASUS has been absolutely no help with this. I've tried chatting specifically through a Registration Support page and it just cycles me back to the beginning issue and never connects me with an agent. If I could just get in touch with an actual person, I feel like they could help.

I bought a ROG Zephyrus G16 "open box" from Best Buy, every time I try to register it is says it's already been registered. I cannot find support for this.
