How to reset BIOS on Asus ROG Strix Scar G17 G733QM?

My laptop has multiple issues like freezing with blank and non-blank screens, rarely reboots itself, boot logo loops, sometimes it does not power on, sometimes keyboard does not work fully, some keys are working some not...

I have sent it multiple times to repair center, but they always retunr to me and say: the reported problem does not exist.

I would like to try bios reset. Online support told me to hold power on button for 20 sec... but this seems does not reset the bios.

The laptop only blinks one time about 15th second and nothing is changed in bios.

If i keep power on for more than 15 seconds with no AC adapter attached, then it wont power on again for some period of time, not responding 

Please advice for correct procedure for bios hard reset?

Thank you for the answer, i have already try to do EC reset, but seems the procedure does not complete.

"If your model supports a 20-second press, after pressing for 15 seconds, the power indicator will start rapidly flashing for about 3-5 seconds"

When i press it 15 seconds - it flashes only 1 time/ blinks/ and nothing more. ...the bios is not reset after that, time clock is the samea

Could it be some firmware/bios issue?

Thanks, but i already try this. Was Still freezing immediately after windows update begins. Bios firmware still could not be reset with power key -this is the key to the problem i think... bios/firmware nvram, ec,settings

Right now i am on the following status - 2 days with no freeze, when i removed Aura and all Asus services, installed again so it can reset its settings, avoided to sync aura, then i removed aura and asus service and installed g-helper

Will see how it goes further next days.

Well still have the problem.

Sometimes when i restart the laptop it freezes on asus boot logo, or makes boot loop forever , untill powered off with forced shutdown. This is leading me to software/hardware issue with controller, not related to os , drivers, etc

I can keep it working for days only if when running "turbo" mode is choosen.

If i switch to balanced it freezes almost instantly or after some time, or when goes to sleep. Needs forced shutdown with power key press.

The laptop is keeping normal temps, not overheating. It freezes even on temps around 40-45 degree when in balanced mode.

When in turbo mode- no freezes even on benchmark tests and stress test, temps around 85 90

The bios reset procedure still can not complete!
