I have a problem of my alt keys not working. I first concluded it was hardware issue but it seems not to me. 

The alt keys work together or they together dont. When I uninstall the keyboard driver from device manager it and re install after a few moments it again works and then after a few uses it doesnt. 

I want to try installing other firmwares if possible.

Anybody have any idea?
