My laptop is having dGPU and I want to completely disable the iGPU because its causing some display issues with my laptop, I tried disabling it from device manager but then I can't adjust the display brightness and the refresh rate is also locked (maybe 60) everything feels too laggy, can't play games (almost unplayable because of lag) and some applications are not getting launched showing the error that OpenGL is not supported.
Is there any way I can make my laptop work same as iGPU with dGPU?
Thankyou in advance
and sorry for my bad English.

Hi @FNU0256 ,
You mentioned that the iGPU is causing display issues. Could you please let us know what specific display problems you're experiencing with the iGPU?
Could you also share the current versions of the iGPU/dGPU drivers you are using? Please try using the display drivers verified by ASUS to see if the issue improves.
Additionally, please use Armoury Crate to set the GPU to Ultimate Mode or set preferred graphics processor in NVIDIA control panel for use dGPU. I hope this information helps. Thank you!

It was causing black screen issues before boot logo, power light is lit and keyboard rgb too, but the display is all black like it's not even connected. Some how I manages to boot it into windows by moving the laptop display lid but it constantly freezes and unfreezes (It was sometimes timed, like for one second its freeze and for other its unfreeze) also sometimes I see flickering and really bad artifacts. Here is the video
I have already set everything to use Dgpu but still some tasks are using Igpu, like windows by default use Igpu.
When I launch a game or whatsapp desktop application, the laptop starts working fine, just as it came when I bought it, I can move the laptop lid as I want without making it start the problem again, and when I close whatsapp of any game, the problem comes back again.

Hi @FNU0256 ,
Have you tested the ASUS-validated AMD Graphics Driver Version V31.0.12014.6? Thank you.

Hi @FNU0256 ,
Based on your description, we recommend sending the laptop to a local service center for further hardware diagnostics to identify the issue. Thank you.
