How do I pitch shift the audio on my gaming laptop?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H w/ Radeon Graphis GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop; Motherboard: Asus G513IE

I'd like to pitch shift the audio on my gaming laptop (extensions like "Transpose" only work on Chrome). I don't mind paying for an app like Boom 3D, but I'd like to check if there's a free way first.

My Realtek Audio Console does not have Pitch Shifting so I assume that that is in a designated premium audio app that came with the motherboard, but I don't know what app that would be. My Armoury Crate doesn't have the option to pitch shift the audio either. Is there another audio app that came with my motherboard that can do this, or do I have to download a separate one?
