Hot Keys not functioning

Hello all,

My Hot keys F2-F12 do not work. (Change screen brightness, turn off display, turn on/off touchpad, change power mode) Only the F1 which is to mute the volume works.

I have updated all my drivers. Everything but ATK because they don't seem to update their own hot key package.

I have windows 11, and the last ATK package update was made for windows 10. That doesn't resolve the issue. I contacted support, they told me to factory reset. Anyways, does anybody else know how to solve this issue, or have you encountered this?

Did the issue with the non-functioning hotkeys occur after upgrading your laptop from Windows 10 to 11?
May I confirm with you the method you used to upgrade to Windows 11? Have you tried reinstalling the system to test it?
