Hassle restore: Win-Keys, shortcut Fn Functions Disabed,Taskbar not appearing above apps anymore

I got this to work but there are 2 -3 instabilities I've experienced with my ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 GA605WI.
I managed to reset a dozen things, and it suddenly became able again (referring to the taskbar not appearing above windows).

At first it was both this, and that Winkey & Fn shortcuts were no longer working.

I managed DDU and updates from ASUS' Nvidia and AMD drivers/services through Safe mode to restore. This is because I was getting inattendant flickering throughout the GUI and Chrome browser (inside+ outside). I had to photograph my Bitlocker key. This is Windows 11 Home.

If this keeps happening, although I'm relieved that it got fixed without a reboot, I'll have to ask for an RMA because my old 2017 Macbook Air worked better, allowed hibernating, and so on. I gave it back to the dude that got it for me.

Microsoft PC Manager is a tool from the Microsoft store, and doing its feature to reduce utilized memory, this made my windows keys start working again.  I was able to Winkey + L to lock the screen normally once again.

So it took me over 20 minutes to type this and restore my task bar functionality. I adjusted multiple things and before I was about to give up it started showing above windows like it is supposed to, again.

EDIT: I am still having taskbar problems. The taskbar never appears over certain windows like it used to.

Based on your description, the instability may be related to hardware or system compatibility. Before proceeding with an RMA, we recommend performing a system reinstallation using Cloud Recovery and testing the system with only ASUS-verified drivers installed. This will help determine whether the issue is software-related. If the problem persists, we suggest bringing the device to your local service center for further inspection and clarification. Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
