I have an ASUS TUF Gaming F17 FX706HCB-HX152W laptop. It has an integrated graphics card and a dedicated card, but I can't get the dedicated card to work.
I disabled it in Device Management, which allows the machine to function, but disabling it in the BIOS is not possible.
When I disable the integrated graphics, Windows works fine, but starting games lags and they don't function properly. Even watching video assets becomes a struggle.
Do you have any idea what could be causing this? I've tried updating the BIOS drivers, installing NVIDIA software, reinstalling Windows, checking for updates, and firmware updates. I'm out of ideas. Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi @Peanbag ,
I would like to confirm some settings with you to further clarify the issue you are experiencing.
Could you please let me know where the graphics card settings are in Armoury Crate? Please try setting it to the Standard mode and connect the power to test if the dGPU can function properly.
Additionally, please check your power settings to ensure that your laptop is not set to power-saving mode. Sometimes, power-saving settings can prevent the dedicated GPU from activating during demanding tasks. Set your power plan to "High performance" and see if that improves the situation.
Please uninstall the NVIDIA Graphics driver and then reinstall the version (V30.0.15.1278) verified on the official website. You can download the driver from the following link and test if the issue improves.
