GL503VM fan running at 6000 rpm

CPU fan is continuously running at 6000 rpm creating loud noise 

any  solutions?

As soon as it start fan rotate at 6000 rpm 

BIOS version is 305

Have you tested restoring the BIOS to its default settings?
