Hello guys,
Today I encountered a situation at Armory Crate and specifically Gamevisual that caused the saturation to fade when using iGPU and specifically Intel Iris Xe, when using dGPU the colors were normal and desaturated. Even though I reinstalled Windows/reinstalled the Driver, there's still no way to fix it. If you have any comments, please let me know, thank you very much.
Thanks for the advice, regards.
The laptop model I am using is FX507ZC.

Hi @tamthnt ,
Thank you for your patience. Regarding this issue, the ASUS System Control Interface v3 version 3.1.31 has been released to address it. Please try updating to this version and test if the issue improves. If you encounter any further problems after the update, please feel free let me know. Thank you.

Hi @tamthnt ,
Due to FX507ZC supports the GameVisual function, which reapplies the color enhancement function of GameVisual after reboot.
Please try adjusting the color gamut and color temperature through Armoury Crate > GameVisual to better suit your usage needs and observe if there is any improvement. Thank you.

Hello,
Thanks for your advice, but unfortunately your method still doesn't work because I left it as default, also when I try to change the color in Intel Control and then restart the system it's still.
Then I found the solution which was to move the GameVisual folder to another location and that somehow fixed the Saturation.
Thank you again for the above solution, regards.

Thank you.
【Here is the file path for the log file for your reference】
In Armoury Crate "Settings" and check "About" page, If clicking App Diagnostics "Record Log", the Privacy Policy Statement will pop out. Once user agreed statement, the Armoury Crate will start to collect problem log and you can click "Generate log data" to generate the log file with encrypted (ASUS log file).

Hi @tamthnt ,
Thank you for the information. Could you please test rolling back the ASUS System Control Interface v3 to V3.1.27.0 to see if it resolves the issue? Thank you.

Hello,
Thank you for the solution, I went back to version V3.1.27.0 and it fixed the Saturation fade, however when I use MyAsus and they update themselves to the new version, is there any way so they don't need to be updated?
If you have a way, I thank you very much and appreciate it.
