Game Stutters, Battery Draining in shutdown - Asus ROG Strix Scar 18 (2024)

Hello guys

please I want to know everything about these issues I have 

1. why SCAR 18 have game stutters in games?, I have done all the updates available (bios, armory crate, myasus and windows update)

2. why the battery drain its charge while the laptop is in shutdown, not in use? ( it drain about 10% for about 18 hours)

1- How to make this report you want ? please describe in details

2- What about the stutters in games that faces me (I have done all the updates available windows update, armory crate, myasus and bios)

To generate a battery report, please type cmd in the Windows search bar to open the Command Prompt, then enter the command powercfg /batteryreport. This will generate a battery report and save it to a specified folder.

Additionally, regarding the stuttering issue during games, please send us the following information via private message so we can proceed with further verification, thank you.

dGPU Driver Version:
Name of the game where stuttering occurs:
Armoury Crate GPU and fan mode settings during the game:
Any external monitors or other devices connected:
Have you added or replaced SSD/RAM:
Armoury Crate > Settings > About > Service Version > Check Button (Copy all content):
