GA401QC AniMe Matrix not detected

Since i bought my  GA401QC laptop, i try to activate the AniMe Matrix.

i tried unistalling an reinstalling Armoury crate, updating Armoury Crate, or MyAssus, but nothing works.

Can anyone help me ?

Hi @Sam_jinx ,

Not all GA401 series products are equipped with the AniMe Matrix. To confirm whether your laptop supports this feature, kindly inspect the label on the box. If it indicates either [Eclipse Grey with AniMe Matrix] or [Moonlight White with Anime Matrix],  it means the AniMe Matrix is supported on your laptop.
