G834JYR BIOS issue after upgrate to 320

My laptop recently had a BIOS update, but since the upgrade, the computer startup has become very slow. It gets stuck on the ROG logo screen for about 2 minutes before booting into Windows. Additionally, I am unable to access the BIOS; I only get a black screen when I try.

I have already tried reinstalling the BIOS and holding the power key for 40 seconds to reset, but neither of these steps helped.

Can someone please help me with this issue?

You mentioned that you have performed an EC reset. I would like to confirm with you whether you performed the EC reset with the laptop powered off and all external devices and power removed?

Additionally, may I ask if you have installed or replaced the SSD/RAM? Thank you.
