Those lightbars where just ON/OFF, but now clearly they are running some control algo. HOW?

Hi @winyl ,
May I confirm with you what the RMA number is for the keyboard replacement?
Also, may I know what is your current Windows version and BIOS version? I will assist you in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Windows10 22H2 with all updates installed, BIOS v3.07, ROG Gaming Center v2.71, ATK Package v1.0.0061. If that is any help. Keyboard changed at my eletronics shop. Keyboard bought of Aliexpress.

Hi @winyl ,
Unfortunately, due to the replacement of parts at an unauthorized service center, we cannot verify the actual model of the keyboard you purchased or whether there may have been errors during installation.
There might be hardware compatibility issues that are causing the LED lights to remain on. Thank you for your understanding.

The keyboard works with out any problems. Just the lights behave this way. Did not know G752vy can do this. The program for the lights should be in bios, right? SO how can the keyboard affect this. Or maybe the program is in the keyboard. I have to investigate this further.

Hi @winyl ,
The BIOS indeed controls the lighting effects, as the ROG lighting effects are set as one zone (including the lighting on the keyboard). Since we cannot determine the origin of the replacement keyboard you installed, it is possible that using a non-original region keyboard caused conflicts.
As your model is an earlier product, we are glad to hear that your keyboard is functioning properly. However, re-flashing the BIOS may pose a risk of boot failure, rendering your laptop unusable. Therefore, we do not recommend you take this action. Thank you for your understanding.
