G713PV CPU overheat, keyboard issue and shutdown

This issue started to happen 1-2months before my warranty but i needed to keep using my laptop so i didnt send it and my warrant is over.

I did get electrified few times but that could be just static electricity since i wear socks in home. Sometimes some keys on keyboard like "t" dont click or double click while i type. I sent my laptop before(cpu was reaching +90C even in bios) for the same issue and it still runs over 90C in bios and windows. Even tho my cpu runs very hot its not an issue in some games(like hoi4, aoe2) but partly an issue in some(cs2, pc shuts down from time to time) and a very big issue for some games(control, it just shut downs 2mins later no matter what i do). Also when i charge my phone with type c port in laptop, if my laptop is closed i hear a beeping noise coming from inside the laptop like an alarm.

(I am assuming that the laptop shuts down because of cpu overheat as the laptop feels very hot and cpu is +95C when i reboot)
In the last repair they said that they changed the mother board but maybe there was a problem reapplying the liquid metal to cpu?
Now is there any way for me to fix those problems? Or should i send it to asus(which i cant atm still need it, can send few weeks later)?
Do you guys think that they would charge me for that?
