g614jv fps drops and stuttering

Hi, I recently bought my new gaming laptop ROG STRIX G16 G614JV with RTX 4060 and Core i9 13980hx and 16GB of RAM the problem is a have micro stutters and fps drops in every games, for example I am getting 130 FPS in RE4 remake and it suddenly drops to 30 and it the same in other games, I've tried everything to fix it such as undervolting my CPU and GPU, reinstalling windows, updating my drivers and BIOS, limit my FPS,  unistalling Armoury Crate, closing backgound apps and... but it didn't work. And GPU mode is in ultimate and fan mode is in Turbo.

can you help fixing this? and sorry for bad english I am not native english speaker

Hi @parsa_keshavarz ,

I would like to confirm the temperature performance while you are playing games. Could you please download HWinfo and set the language to English, then record a log for 10 minutes before starting the game? 
During the game, record a video of about 10-20 minutes until the stuttering and FPS drops occur. Please provide the following information via private message for further analysis and confirmation. Thank you.
