Hi @serseri ,
I'm glad to hear that your issue has been resolved. Please continue to monitor the situation. Regarding the DisturbedCOM 10061 error code in Windows Event Viewer, it usually indicates a network-related problem that might be related to connection attempts failing. It is recommended to update your network drivers to the latest version provided on the ASUS official website, and use MyASUS to check the hardware status. If you need further assistance, please let us know. Thank you.

I’m sorry to hear that the issue persists. We’ve noticed that you are currently using a Linux system, and since the G513QE does not come with Linux pre-installed, there may be compatibility issues with the drivers. Could you please try testing the system with a Microsoft Windows operating system to see if the problem still occurs? Thank you.

Please try reinstalling the system and updating the drivers to the latest version through MyASUS to see if the issue improves. This will help determine if it is a hardware problem. Thank you.
