G18 battery indicator blinking orange and system freezing

My ASUS #G18 has been experiencing severe issues since last week. During usage, the battery indicator light suddenly flashes orange, and the screen freezes immediately. I have to force a reboot, but the same problem occurs after restarting. This issue has been bothering me for a week now. I searched online and found that many people are facing the same problem. How can I resolve this

When the battery indicator light flashes orange, it indicates that the battery is below 10% and not charging. 
May I ask if you are using the original power adapter while using it? What is the status of the battery indicator light after connecting the power adapter? Thank you.

Sure, I am using the original adapter, and I have never used other adapters. I took a video yesterday when the system crashed, and I found on internet that I am not the first one who complained this issue. https://youtu.be/O6h2OYRp0qM?feature=shared

I have tried adjusting all settings, but my G18 still keeps crashing. The time it remains operational after booting is getting shorter and shorter. To identify the issue, I've been forced to repeatedly boot into BIOS and Windows settings dozens of times a day to pinpoint the fault.

Today, I finally reached my breaking point and decided to reset my Windows. However, even after the reset, the same problem persists. (During the reset process, I also experienced several crashes and had to restart multiple times to complete the reset.) I have recorded a video, and here is the link.

I hope to send this machine to your repair center for servicing, or you can provide me with a replacement unit. Thank you.

Hi @Carmo666, I am also experiencing the same issue. I brought my g18 to the nearest asus service center to be fixed, most likely a faulty hardware.
