Purchased a laptop. With the first 5 min it was crashing.   Probably crashed a few times a day.   I allowed this to happen for the first week.  Maybe updates idk.

I eventually returned it and exchanged it for a new one.  This was a few days ago.  Last night I was working.  I got a blue screen and the laptop restarted.

should I just return it and go with a different make and model ?

I don’t want to be stuck with a 3k laptop that doesn’t run properly.   So do I keep it or get something else.

I love the laptop

Hi @T3h ,

May I confirm with you the model you purchased is G814JI?
Have you made any changes or upgrades to the memory or hard drive?
There could be various reasons for the blue screen restart. Did you encounter any error messages when the blue screen appeared? Please use MyASUS to run a diagnostic and check if any reports indicate errors. Remember, our products come with corresponding warranty and service after purchase. yes it is a G814Ji, I haven’t made any changes to it.   What will Myasus do.  I just don’t want to get stuck with a machine that will be broken in a year or two.
