G16 Microstuttering

Hello, Ive bought a rog g16 with rtx 4060, i713th gen and 16 gb ram. Ive been playing games such as Marvel rivals, fortnite, fifa and etc and the issuse ive been noticing is that my laptop keeps microstuttering when I am playing these as I capped it to 165 fps because I have a 165hz monitor, The fps goes from 165 to 30 or even lower for a second and then shoots back to 165 and this process keeps repeating every second, making my games stutter and unplayable, I have updated all the drivers and everything and went through the previous forums but couldnt fnd anything, Please help.

To further clarify the issue, have you updated your BIOS to the latest version and used DDU to completely remove the GPU driver before reinstalling the ASUS-verified GPU driver for testing?

Please try setting the GPU mode to "Ultimate" in Armoury Crate and switching the fan mode to "Turbo" while playing games. This will help determine if there are any improvements.

You mentioned using an external monitor. Have you tested whether the issue persists when using only the built-in screen? Thank you!

Hello, Ive done everything as u told -  Bios - version 331 which is the latest and i have used ddu on safe mode and completly cleaned the gpu drivers and installed the asus verified driver and ive been playing on gpu mode ultimate and turbo fans settings and yet there are no improvements and sorry if i didn't phrase it right but by 165hz monitor, I meant my laptops in-built screen.

Additionally, please monitor the CPU and GPU temperatures while gaming. If possible, download HWinfo and enable the log function, then record a video showing the issue occurring in-game. Please provide both the log file and the video so we can further investigate the issue. Thank you!

How can I share the video and the log file because it says the file is not supported for some reason, is there a way I can share it to you other than the forums or smtg?

I have sent the log file and the video of the problem in dms as a zip file please check it out and i have also noticed that the audio also starts to glitch up and stutter when the game is stuttering.
