G14 dgpu doesnt work with usb c display port?

So I have tried just about everything and I will try and give as much info as possible, im currently using a docking station hooked up to 3 monitors and keep the laptop shut, i have a odessy g5 and 2 random monitors one on display port and one on HDMI but the odessy g5 is on display and my g14 cant even tell its a 1440p monitor let alone put it on the dgpu even though the docking station supports display and so does the usb c on the laptop,

I have tried bios update, drivers update and updating the pc, it doesnt matter if the other 2 monitors r unplugged it still cant use the dgpu on the main monitor, 

when i got to windows key X and try to disable the internal gpu it just shuts down all the monitors and still doesnt use the main gpu

if there r any questions i can try my best to answer them but so far nothing has worked and i dont feel like its a hardware problem unless they lied about the usbc port being display

forgot to add the other monitor is also on display port

but again even when its disconnected nothing changes

Could you please provide the actual model of your product, as well as the current BIOS and display driver versions you are using?

If possible, please also provide relevant test videos and the brand and model of the dock. This will help us further clarify the issue. Thank you.
