Hi @GDL , I have Asus Rog Strix G17 (2023) with RTX 4060 and Ryzen 7845 HX CPU... I bought my laptop 3 months ago and had been facing same issue.
Recently I pounced upon 2 French threads whose solution seems to have resolved it for me.
Try this solution I pounced upon recently and seems to be working.
Kindly reply in my thread as well about whether it works or not, Thanks.

Hi GDL,
I’ve had a similar experience with ASUS support and on this forum regarding my Flow X16 2022. I've come across several discussions on Reddit where others are facing the same issues, particularly crashes, but ASUS hasn't provided any concrete information. Even after a repair and motherboard replacement, I’m still encountering problems with the NVIDIA card and the SSD slot.

The problems you're encountering... can you brief about it? (i.e. NVIDIA card & SSD Slot).
Are these same issue as this Posted Forum (or related) OR is it altogether something else?

EyePatch, from technical prospective, I have no idea as there is no specific information on the crash reason provided. I believe GDL asks to help investigate these issues. I would suggest GDL to check event viewer in Windows: https://www.isunshare.com/windows-10/6-ways-to-open-event-viewer-in-windows-10.html
My point was about communications with ASUS support, in particular, support not providing information on ' whether these problems are known'. I've also had email conversation with support regarding the password issue after a BIOS update, and the support haven't provided any useful guidance. I have solved the issue using the suggestion on Reddit. However, they are quite polite and helped me with a link to RMA.
Here are my topics for your reference:

I see.
I replied to @GDL as his problem seems approximately same as mine.
And my problem didn't give any appropriate error messages ( including via Event Viewer ) Nor any logical sense ( except faulty Motherboard Assumption ).
I was lucky to find 2 threads ( the French ones, which I google Translated to read ), each of which separately suggested the same solution. ( i.e. Turn Off "Maximum Power Saving" Link State Power Management, PCI Express, Advanced Settings, Windows Power Plan.
For which I did following:
And my issue resolved. ( @GDL , if this works OR not works, kindly reply to my thread about it as well to get it noticed by ASUS_Support & Others ).

Rest I'm trying to ask ASUS Support to verify this solution ( whether it's hardware fault or this can be fixed for other models through some update they may do in the future )

Hi @GDL ,
I'm not sure if you've tried using the ASUS-verified NVIDIA graphics driver version V31.0.15.4624 and Intel graphics driver version V31.0.101.4502 to see if there is any improvement.
Regarding the frequent crashes, I'd like to further confirm with you: when the freeze occurs, do the keyboard/mouse/touchpad still function?
Additionally, I'd like to confirm if you are using a hub or any other external devices. Thank you.
