1 Week ago, I have facing Bluetooth Issues which is not displaying the Bluetooth icon on control panel in taskbar and in Device manager, something showing in yellow exclamation mark in "Universal Serial Bus Controller" side
"Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)"
I will attach Some Images below
Bluetooth Toogle On/Off is not displaying in the panel
Below of USB controller showing error
I tried emergency shutdown with only power button and unplugged the charger for some time... It worked for 3 days. Today It's not working on that method.
The Wifi card is Mediatek MT7921.
How can I fix this issue or is this software issue?

Please try removing and reinstalling the MediaTek Wireless Network driver version V3.0.1.1334 and the MediaTek Bluetooth driver version V1.3.17.165. Additionally, with the laptop powered off, please disconnect all external devices and the power adapter. Then, press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset. After that, reconnect the power and try turning it on to see if the issue has improved. Thank you.

And I tried connected my wireless headphone, after sometimes headphone disconnects and reconnects after 15secs.
Only tried troubleshooting is Installed latest drivers of mediatek wireless wifi and bluetooth two days ago and I doing emergency shutdown by press and holding power button for 10 secs
