When playing games, after anywhere from a few minutes to an hour, my screen turns to black but I am still able to hear the sound in the background and my mouse cursor remains on the screen. When checking the event viewer, I can see that there is one instance of event id 14 and several instances of event id 0. This can happen on high demand games such as Baldur's Gate 3 but as well as low demand games like Valheim for example. I am unsure what is causing the issue at this point and desperately need help. The only game I have yet to to experience this issue with is Roblox lmao. I am using a Zephyrus G16 2023. Specs are RTX 4060, 16gb ram, Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13620H.
For example it says something like this:
The description for Event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
\Device\Video3
Restarting TDR occurred on GPUID:100
I have tried several things to try and fix it including:

Hi @Excalibur0101 ,
I would like to confirm whether your BIOS has been updated to the latest version 313. Please ensure that you are using ASUS-validated NVIDIA Graphic Driver Version V31.0.15.3168 and Intel Graphic Driver Version V31.0.101.4502.
Do you have an external monitor connected, and is G-Sync enabled? Please try setting the GPU and Operating modes in Armoury Crate to Ultimate/Standard and Turbo mode, respectively, to see if the issue improves. Thank you.

My BIOS version is updated to the latest and I am also using the gpu driver from the ASUS's website. I will try to see if Turbo mode fixes the issue.

Ok Turbo Mode did not help the issue. I am still encountering event id 14 and 0 leading to black screens when gaming. At this point would RMA be the next step?

Hi @Excalibur0101 ,
Have you tried resetting the laptop system and restoring the BIOS to default settings, ensuring that the hardware components (memory and hard drive) are tested with their factory configurations? This is to verify whether the issue is due to a system anomaly or hardware compatibility. If you have already attempted these steps and the problem persists, we recommend further diagnostics through your local service center. Thank you.
