I am unable to download the driver for my asus chromebook c423

the asus website keeps saying

The global support page is working fine. However, we cannot imagine any scenario where you need drivers for a Chromebook.

My touch pad stopped working all of a sudden and when I checked the device manager settings I discovered the touch pad driver is missing from my chrome book so I’m trying to download another one from the website

Can you take a screenshot or photo of the system telling you the driver is missing?
