Dead pixels on 165 Hz but not on 60 Hz, horizontal black lines on display in ROG Zephyrus G15

As of yesterday whenever my Zephyrus G15 runs at 165 Hz i was getting dead pixels on the screen. Now this issue has started coming in 60 Hz mode also. I'm afraid to further damage my screen but I did try updating the drivers to jo avail. Any support on this would be much appreciated!

I would like to confirm whether you are using the drivers that have been verified by ASUS.
Please try to check if the screen displays properly in the BIOS interface. If the issue still persists in the BIOS interface, we recommend that send your laptop to the local service center for further hardware diagnostics to identify the problem. Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
