CS2 Freezes Only in Turbo Mode on ASUS TUF F15 (i5-11400H + RTX 3060)

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my ASUS TUF Gaming F15 (i5-11400H, RTX 3060).

Problem:

• When I enable Turbo Mode in Armoury Crate, Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) completely freezes after 2–3 minutes.

• The system becomes unresponsive, requiring a hard reset.

• Other games (GTA, Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077) run fine in Turbo Mode.

• In Performance Mode or Manual Mode, CS2 runs normally.

What I’ve tried:

• Latest BIOS installed.

• Latest NVIDIA driver installed.

• Verified game files on Steam.

• Checked temperatures and power limits — nothing unusual in Performance Mode.

Additional info:

• Only happens in CS2 (occasionally Valorant reported).

• Turbo Mode pushes CPU/GPU to maximum clocks, but CS2 seems to trigger a complete system freeze.

Has anyone else experienced CS2 freezing only in Turbo Mode on TUF laptops? Any advice or workaround would be appreciated.

May I ask for the full model of the laptop you are using?
[Windows 11/10] How to check the model name and BIOS version
What are the current BIOS version, system version, OS build, and graphics driver version?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling CS2?
