There was a bios update out labelled ''Importance: Critical'' in red letters.
So I immediately updated my bios to this on my Z13 Acronym.
Since then my cpu temps while gaming has gone up drastically.
For context I use the Xg mobile with the Acronym at Performance power mode most of the time.
For eg: in bf 2042 i used to get 65 to 70c max after 2 hrs of playing, but since the update it show max at 96 and averages at 85 to 88 after 5 minutes.
Seeing the same issue with Helldivers 2
Hogwarts legacy
and pretty much most games i own except older title.
Setting the power mode to windows reduces the temps by 5 to 10c max
I don't know what to do.
Any help would be appreciated.

Flash bios using ez flash method
Disable ASUSSoftwareManager service after downgrading bios
Completely uninstall the system firmware using drive manager (until the drive provider is microsoft)
After that install the current version of bios for windows. After that it asks to reboot the laptop but don't do it.
After that install bios for windows latest version version. After that it asks to reboot the laptop but don't do it.
After that go to driver manager and select system firmware
Go to roll back driver and go to old version
Do not restart the computer after that
After that go to C:\Windows\Firmware and delete only the latest version of bios file and then reboot the laptop and use
This action is taken to prevent windows from automatically updating the bios

Appreciate the detailed response but it seems I dont even have the Asus Ez flash utility in the bios.
It might have been removed with the latest 310 BIOS update which was using the windows method.

Must have ez flash option.
I don't know any information about downgrading bios without ez flash option
Let's wait for @Anbby_ROG's reply on this matter...
