In the past I have had problems with my computer completely shutting down while playing graphically intensive games. I contacted support about this in the past without any success and decided to live with it. I didn’t want to send my computer away for repair due to poor experiences with repair services in the past. Now the problem has gotten worse as my computer randomly shuts down for no discernible reason at all and won’t turn on for several minutes. It’s already shut off on me during important meetings a few times. It’s past warranty, but it’s not that old. This honestly feels unacceptable for a computer I spent a lot of money on. My computer is a ROG Strix G834JY Laptop.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your previous post, we had conducted further analysis last year and suggested sending the laptop for RMA to ensure proper functionality.
