I bought a GA402XV-G14.R94060 second hand. I could never register it. The laptop has since fully died after a windows update I believe. I let it die fully, and did basic trouble shooting. With signs of life from the keyboard. I lost signs of life when I unplugged the battery and tried to power it with the laptop power supply. Then plugged battery back in. I lost signs of life at unplugging the battery. What I was getting before troubleshooting was no display, no boot, but powered on with lights on the keyboard. I plugged it into multiple external docks and got nothing. Now it doesn't power on. I can't check the warranty due to not being able to register it. Please help.

If you are able to contact the original registrant, they can deregister the device via the product registration page, allowing you to re-register it under your account.
If you are unable to reach the original registrant, in accordance with personal data protection laws, we will need to verify the original user’s proof of purchase and related information before we can assist you with the next steps. This is to ensure the security of user information.
Please note that product registration does not affect the warranty, as warranty coverage is determined by the product's serial number. If you require RMA service, you may contact your local service center for further assistance. Thank you for your understanding.
