Cant launch Black ops 7 on G513QM

Its telling me I need to update my Bios, but the last bios update for the Q513QM is from 2023/03/30, I cannot even launch Black Ops 7 due to this.

I have: Rog Strix G513QM gaming notebook, AMD ryzen 7 5800H, with a 3060, are we really not going to be able to play a AAA game due to you not updating our bios?

Seems really unfair.

May I know the current BIOS version your laptop is using?

BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends International, LLC. G513QM.331, 24/02/2023
SMBIOS Version 3.3

Specifically this one on the offial Asus website: https://www.asus.com/supportonly/g513qm/helpdesk_bios/
On the website it shows: 

Version 331

10.22 MB

2023/03/30

But this is the one I have installed and also the latest.

As you can see from DXDiag I 100% have the 331 installed:

I have exactly the same problem on the same machine and Bios. Any help would be appreciated, annoying that we're waiting on a bios release.

I'm having the same problem with my computer.
G513QM BIOS version 331
TPM 2.0 fails.
Could you send me a new BIOS?

I can't personally, as I don't want anything to break and dno how they fine tuned it for me.

But they did sent it and it does now work. So hopefully it releases soon. I did notice without hosting black ops 7 either fine anyway. You could just go past the error and play still.
