Can't register new TUF Dash F15 2022 product on myasus

I bought the laptop (new) on 2 July 2023 and want to see when the warranty is over and the price to extend it. However, it said that my product had been registered. What should I do to resolve my issue?

That article doesn't help at all since I can't even register my product. It said that my product has been registered.

At the bottom of the page it says:
