Can't control GPU power setting - ROG Strix G15 Advantage

I have a ROG Strix G15 Advantage and reset had to factory reset the device b/c I thought a recent AMD driver update screwed something up.  After factory reset, it seems that my GPU is always in power saving mode and I can't find the setting in Armoury Crate to turn off the setting.  Help?
Latest updates are applied.  BIOS version G513QY.331, 2/24/23

Have you tried using DDU to completely remove the display driver and then installing the ASUS-validated AMD Graphics Driver Version V30.0.13002.13003?

Also, please tried uninstalling Armoury Crate using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling  Armoury Crate to see if there is any improvement?Thank you!
