Can i claim warranty if error 43 affects my gpu?

Lasus

The past week, I saw the fps of Call of Duty on my Asus tuf dash f15 with a GeForce rtx3070 GPU and there were at the top of 90fps, now when I played again I saw that it decrease to 35 fps, and it seems that it was error 43. I already tried of every virtual solution, but it doesn't fix, and my warranty is out of dates, so I don't know how can I claim to Asus from this hardware problem.
Any ideas?

Hi @Lasus ,

The error 43 you mentioned may be related to hardware or driver issues. Have you tried using DDU to completely remove the display drivers and then installing the verified display driver version from ASUS? Additionally, besides the FPS drop in Call of Duty, have you tested other games to see if the same issue occurs? Thank yo

Hi anbby, yes, i already verified everything of software and it seems to be hardware, but it was completly aleatory, so idk how to claim warranty or extend the warranty. Also the drop of fps is in every game, like i said CoD was running at 90 fps and now is running at 30fps, or minecraft that was runing in 120 fps and now is running at 50 fps.
