So long story short, im in the military and deployed. I am unable to send my laptop out to get rmaed. I do not know what else to do. 

What i think the problem is, I am getting error code 28 on Intel Dynamic tuning,

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver through device manager

Uninstalled and reinstalled through a link presented by customer service

Did an ec Reset

From there they are telling me I have to send it in as it is under warranty yet...

Just would like to know is/has anyone had this issue and know of a fix? 

I do have the current bios and all of that. Ive also done sfc scan as well. 

Any advice at all would be perfect, ill throw in a few pictures i included into the chat i had with an agent. 

ANYTHING at all would be so helpful, i have a few months left here... Gaming is a great way for me to pass time.

Could you please provide the BSOD error code so that we can further investigate? 

Additionally, have you tried using cloud recovery to reinstall the system for testing? Thank you.
