Brightness gone... solution!

Hello, since yesterday i can't change the brightness on my Asus Tuf gaming A15. There's no way to change it, neither with the hotkeys nor with the slider in the settings. The brightness option has completely disappeared. I updated the NVIDIA graphics card and restarted the computer, but it doesn't work. I also tried updaiting the driveres by going to Asus support, but nothing changed... can anyone help me, pls ;( . . . I asked this question a few months ago, but the thread was closed due to inactivity. But I finally found the solution! Finally, after looking closely with the help of dxdiag, I discovered that it was a problem with the AMD graphics card (the card related to the processor) and not the ivy as I thought. Probably due to a poorly installed driver, it stopped working properly and was disabled. I reactivated the card from Device Manager and downloaded a new file. The brightness is finally back! (Although I still can't manage it with keyboard shortcuts.)

I've already found the solution; all i had to do was update the AMD driver. Since the thread was closed, i've rewritten the original question with the answer below so anyone with the same problem can find a solution.

Based on the described situation, it is recommended to download and reinstall the ASUS System Control Interface driver from the download section, then check if the issue is resolved.
