BLACK SCREEN no logo and fans are not working anymore- Rog Strix G16 (G614JV)

Hello,

 

I have a strange probelm and dont really know how to solve it.

 

Laptop connected to the power supply starts up but the screen remains black only the keyboard lights up and fans not working. Can't even enter the bios because not even the ROG startup logo is displayed.

 

I already tried to power reset the system or motherboard... nothing happend...

 

I have tried to:

 

1. Disconnect the power supply and any accessories/cables connected to the switched off device.

 

2. Hold the power button down for more than 60 seconds.

 

3. Connect the power supply to the mains, connect the power supply plug to the laptop, wait 10 seconds.

 

4. Try to start the device.

 

Can anyone help me
