Facing an issue where when the device goes to sleep and turns on with a black screen. Requires me to hard shut down the laptop and switch it on from scratch again. Any known resolutions?

May I confirm if you have updated the BIOS to the latest version (330) and tested with the verified ASUS NVIDIA display driver version V32.0.15.6607 and Intel graphics driver version V32.0.101.5768?

Additionally, could you clarify how the device enters sleep mode (e.g., by leaving it idle, closing the screen, or selecting "sleep" manually)? Does the issue also occur when the device enters hibernate mode in these ways? Thank you!

Yea this worked for me. I think a windows feature update was causing this. No longer facing this issue.
