Hi all, i have this notebook for3 years at now, i have ever used max 60 or 80% capacity due tò the Power cord mostly usage, few days ago the battery stop working and Stick at 0%, no way tò unlock (i have try all solition possibile), than i removed the battery frm the laptop, Wired tò my cp2112 smbus reader with be2works and the Surprise was the battery track the 0mah capacity left and the smart chip inside prevent any change tò the perfectly good cells, i have measired 3,67v/cells perfectly balanced and 220 Total cycle count (i think most partial cycles because i rarely diacarged It deeply), anyone had the some issue? I Need tò replace.the battery because the chip inside the battery controller Is all black and no marks tò identity and reset the errore status with be2works 😕
